I first I want to thank everyone who's joining me with this webinar and what I want to do is I want to talk about the respiratory disorders that are associated with Marfan syndrome
and I do this because unfortunately most physicians are not familiar with some of the pulmonary issues that patients with Marfan syndrome face and so what I'm going to do tonight is I want to arm you with lots of information that you can take back to your physicians and your caregivers and your family members and make you every bit as well-informed as most of the physicians who manage patients with Marfan syndrome.
