What I'd like to try to do today is to give you a comprehensive overview of Loeys-Dietz syndrome, but also to look forward to anticipate what the next 10 years might look like with regard to diagnosis, management, really to share with you my extreme sense of optimism and hope with regard to substantial improvements in the care of people with Loeys-Dietz syndrome.
