All right, what about medical therapy? So if there are two basic classes of medications that we use.

Beta blockers, beta-adrenergic receptor blockers, most of them end with "-lol." So, Atenolol is one of them, many, Propranolol as an older form. And the beta blockers all act by blocking the effects of adrenaline or epinephrine and the physiologic effect is to lower the heart rate and lower the blood pressure and we feel, we, we believe that lowering the heart rate and lowering blood pressure reduces the rate of growth of the aorta in people who have connective tissue conditions that are susceptible to aortic dissection.

So we don't see the drop in heart rate but the effect of both of these medications is to lower the blood pressure.
