So we wanted to take an opportunity with so many patients and experts while, at the various meetings, that we we use that opportunity to evaluate subjects with Marfan, Loeys-Dietz and Ehlers-Danlos. We didn't get enough of the subjects from the other populations outside of Marfan so we couldn't really make conclusions but we made facial measurements, we did photographs and we did clinical exams and questionnaires.

We based it on a plastic surgeon named Leslie Farkas, who has some norms for cranial facial measures by age and gender of the head and the face and his study was an exhaustive study that looked at over 2,000 people and it went up to 18 years old and therefore those norms that were created, a facial measurements, are for that age group.

And so the purpose of today's information in session is not to really get too into this but just share with you there are these twelve measurements that we selected of those to look at and we looked at patients in the cohort, the total almost 40 patients over three years and found certain facial features were more prominent in photographs, for instance, the downward slanting, palbebral fissures, the retrognathia, which means a smaller lower jaw, and dolichocephaly, for instance.
