And a couple of the people on the, on the program have, have asked the question, "Well, what's specific to me?" and I would say to you that we think that a lot of the information that we've seen in the general public is relevant to individuals with rare genetic and vascular disorders.

So with that caveat we're going to talk about some studies that are specific and some that are less specific.

Some of the more interesting science since we last spoke was on transmission and there have been a number of studies now asking the question, "When people get COVID, who do they get it from?" and if you look at this question carefully it looks like at least in some studies as many as half of the individuals who acquired COVID-19 infection did so from people who were either entirely asymptomatic or they were pre-symptomatic. They had been exposed to the virus but had not yet developed symptoms.

And of course then this really calls to mind the third bullet that until we have hard immunity in our population the idea of local hygiene and hygiene masking and social distancing where appropriate is going to remain, I think, an important feature of how we have to try to live our lives.
