Welcome and it's a privilege to be here with everybody today as Eileen said Mary and I are gonna tag team and really just give some basic information and kind of a broad overview on what to think about when approaching exercise and physical activity for people who have a heritable thoracic aortic condition.

And really to emphasize that many of the things we'll talk about are very broad strokes and we do have to individualize it because everybody's condition's a little bit different so but let me start.

This is a very important slide emphasizing how important it is for all of us, every one of us on this call including myself to get enough steps in and to be active and for our health and well-being.

And we want to emphasize with the next slide how important exercise is whether it be with regard to the heart and blood vessels, the skeletal system in your bones, your blood sugar, the social aspects, how good it is for our waistline, how it lowers risk of certain types of cancers and and how important it is from a mental health standpoint.

So health and well-being are very importantly impacted by routine exercise and next slide.
