If somebody can't have an MRI can the same information be gleaned from an echo and a CT?

Yes, from CT. So one thing about MRI I wanted to mention I forgot and this is a very good question somebody asked is there is the notion that they cannot have MRA because they have a defibrillator or they have some metallic spine, spine actually on the patient I showed there were some artifacts from the method, so most of the defibrillator devices nowadays are MR conditional. You can actually get a scan with MRA even if you have a defibrillator or a pacemaker that's implanted in you, so I would add so that's the other thing that comes down to not all centers do it. That's the question you have to ask where you're getting the scan because centers which centers of excellence which depend on which provide care for this kind of patients always scan patients with MR, MRA even if they have a device, so the contraindication depends on where you're getting the scans to, to an extent, I think, so the alternate technique is CT or echo yes.
