And finally, the, there's class 2A recommendation when it comes to type A aortic dissections and this, this did come from a lot of discussion and that's "In patients who are presenting with an acute type A aortic dissection who are stable enough to transfer, it is recommended that the patient get transferred from a low to a high volume aortic center to improve their survival."
