Gosh, dural ectasia management, dural ectasia is very common in Loeys-Dietz syndrome and connective tissue disorders. It's often asymptomatic but if it is symptomatic it can cause a lot of pain and intervention is very controversial and difficult to see if it would work or not work and outcomes, so kind of assessing any new information when it comes to dural ectasia care.
