Yeah, so um, you know, what, what we try to do is to make the best decision for an individual patient who were caring for. The tortuosity, the windiness of the blood vessels can sometimes make it difficult to get a catheter into the aneurysm that needs to be supported and in that circumstance, it might be a better choice to use a surgical procedure rather than a catheter-based procedure.
