No, so the having a thoracic deformity doesn't typically affect the aorta. The aorta follows the spine, so it becomes very tortuous. If, if they have, if there's marked scoliosis, the aorta typically follows that same pathway, so it is that does have curvature.
通常、胸部の変形により大動脈に影響が出ることはありません。大動脈は背骨に沿っているので、大きく曲がりくねります。重度の側湾の場合にも同じですので、湾曲することになります。
If somebody has a severe pectus excavatum, it can infrequently, but it can impair lung function, it uncommonly affects heart function; usually the heart is pushed to the side but it can impair lung function and lead to symptoms of breathlessness or effort intolerance. And that's one of the indications they have in a surgical approach to pectus deformities.

And sometimes that's done before having a aortic surgery to make it easier for the surgeon to get to the aorta. Some surgeons will do it combined but often it's done beforehand in a staged procedure; it's to do the thoracic surgery first with a pectus.
