So anyone who with a genetic aortic condition is a higher risk if they have basically significant heart problems or significant lung problems.

So people with significant leaky valves and by that, I mean severe enough that it's causing a symptom or requiring a medication or if the heart failure is a problem, that would clearly be an indicator of risk and also not everybody who's got a ventricular dysfunction, you know, has obvious heart failure but if you have ventricular dysfunction and it's requiring you to take medication, then that would be an indicator of increased risk and people with high blood pressure, particularly if it's not completely controlled and particularly if there are medications that are required to control it, so those would be high risk people.

Some people are on immunosuppressant and a common reason for that might be inflammatory bowel disease but there are other reasons. Some people have skin conditions or, you know, multiple sclerosis, something else that requires the use of an immunosuppressant.

And then finally anybody who's requiring the steroids. So some older patients might have, you know, polymyalgia rheumatica or another condition like that or people with difficult asthma might require steroids or immunosuppressive drugs. So all those categories would be considered at increased risk.
