Sure, so Enid was explaining for the lungs, we have a certain amount of work that either our lungs or our heart can do. Under normal circumstances, we all have a lot of what's called reserve that means that we're not using our full function and we're not even using close to our full function. We have a lot of additional heart or lung function that we can tap into if needed.

Another condition that we worry about in people with COVID-19 infection is long-term high blood pressure. Again that over time will put extra strain on the heart and sometimes cause the heart to have a reduced amount of capacity or reserve that it can tap into.
