I'm really into you COVID-19. Vincent says it looks like COVID-19 is also vascular virus in addition to respiratory and that ACE inhibitors can actually aid in prevention. Does that mean Loeys-Dietz patients on Losartan are actually better off than others? He just says it might be nice to have some benefit to having Loeys-Dietz of being on Losartan?

Yeah, so um, it's an excellent question. It's known that both ACE inhibitors and medications like Losartan and called angiotensin receptor blockers can increase the amount of a protein in the body called ACE2. There was some concern that higher levels of ACE2 might make people more prone to COVID-19 infection, but that clearly is not the case. That question, I think, has now been asked and answered.

There is some speculation that medications such as ACE inhibitors or
