What are the main things to look out for and should test to look for this be carried out on everyone with Loeys-Dietz or just those with symptoms? We have a five-month-old with Loeys-Dietz, so won't be able to tell what he is feeling.

It depends on the symptoms and it depends on what treatments are being considered.

The younger the child, so less than six months blood tests for food allergies have a very high false negative rate so they're not great for less than six months old.

I try really hard to avoid endoscopies and infants we do them if we need to but if we don't need to I try very hard to avoid them.
