So in addition to panel testing for aortopathy some people get, come to a genetic diagnosis because they have a testing technology available these days called whole exome sequencing so if you can imagine panel testing is like looking for gene changes in a single book that has to do with aortopathies and whole exome sequencing is looking for those changes in the whole library, so you're going to find many, many variants.

But again we don't know what a lot of those variants do as of 2020 and many people will say, "Great! We're sequencing in all of my genes!" Of course, you're going to find the answer but again in actuality by even doing all of this sequencing we only find an answer in about 30 percent of patients and in adults with kind of mild, non-specific connective tissue features that percentage is actually lower.

The good thing about whole exome sequencing, however, is that our DNA doesn't change over time so if you've had this test we can continue to go back to the data and look at the DNA changes as new genes are discovered over time.
