Yeah, I mean PEARS is, is, is being currently using in Europe and I believe it's under trial in the United States. It's not, it's not right, you know, ready for prime time.

I heard a very interesting discussion by Duke Cameron on our board, friend of yours, Abe, contemporary of yours and, and you're right, so it's not available in the U.S. It hasn't, I'm not aware of a trial yet in the U.S. It certainly available in Europe and I'm very interested in it because it does seem like it does help a lot of people there.

That the differences are as they, as Dr. DeAnda said is the aorta is not replaced. It's encompassed by a graft that's unique for the patient. It fits them. It does require, you know, opening the chest to get to the heart but you don't have to stop or arrest the heart necessarily. You just go around the coronary buttons and things like that.

And so far in Europe in the, in the centers that are doing it the aorta a lot smaller, averaging four and a half or less centimeters, so again it's a smaller size aorta and the outcomes have been pretty good, the, you know, very few mortality and the early mortality from a coronary complication but really intermediate follow-up looks pretty good, so I think we, we don't know yet is, is the right answer. It's currently just not available here.
