Do we know yet if there is a more common reaction to COVID-19 for people with vascular connective tissue disorders and we saw that we had a small NIH study of many different rare diseases some being Marfan syndrome and related connective tissue disorders and we didn't see a great increase in that. Do you have anything else to add to that comment?

One of the things that we've done, we, we've been studying aortic dissection in a, in a large international study called IRAD, the International Registry of Aortic Dissection that includes 60 centers around the world and we were very interested to survey our members to see if when the COVID surge happened in their country: Italy, Spain, etc, were there were they seeing any palpable increase in a sudden aortic dissection that might imply that the inflammatory response to the virus was, this was affecting a vascular structure like the aorta.

And the answer to that question is no. We have not seen it at all and in our center, University of Michigan where we treat a lot of patients with both non-genetic and genetic vascular disorders. We have not seen evidence that this virus causes an inflammatory reaction that affects the arteries to any significant degree.
