This is a cartoon showing different areas of the aorta that everybody is interested in knowing that the part that's connected to the heart, the sinus is called basically sinus of valsalva and it kind of dives into this area called sinotubular junction, then you have the ascending aorta, arch, descending thoracic aorta and the abdominal aorta basically.
こちらが大動脈の絵になります。様々な部位に分かれますが、皆さんが関心をお持ちの部分は、心臓とつながっているバルサルバ洞と呼ばれる部分です。この部位から大動脈起始部の移行部、上行大動脈、胸部下行大動脈、腹部大動脈となります。

This cartoon also shows those blue lines basically reflecting where the measurements of the aorta are standardized and are done repeatedly when and repeat scanning. You can see where sinus are that measurement is done, ascending aorta at least part of it, the arch and also in the, at the level of the diaphragm.
