Well, in Marfan syndrome there is a risk of subsequent dissection and it, it, so the the orange line at the top is if there are no risk factors then there's less than 10 percent chance of a type B dissection in the descending aorta but if there's one risk factor either an enlarged aorta or prior aortic surgery, then there's a little bit more risk of a future type B dissection and if you have both of these risk factors there's a substantial risk of a future type B dis, dissection unfortunately.

This was a type B dissection here with this line is the dissection line and this is a Marfan patient who had a prior aortic repair over here where my cursor is. Later as she did dilate further it required an open repair and this is her successful open repair where really the aorta has mostly been replaced including the branch arteries.
