Yeah, I can go on. Side effects from the main... the main concern is that there's very little side effects. One of the side effects, and this is maybe important in the setting of people who do not have hypertension, is that the first indication for angiotensin receptor blockers was actually one of the first indications for elevated blood pressure. And if you take such a drug and you have normal blood pressure to start with, then there is a risk that you might drop in blood pressure and you might feel a little dizzy and have side effects related to that. The other aspect to take into account―but this is really very uncommon in the setting of aortic disease―is that it can affect your renal function. So, we normally recommend that patients who are initiated on these drugs have their renal function tested. So, it's a blood test, and you have your potassium level and your renal function test done a few weeks after the start of these drugs. But again, this is very specific to patients who have renal artery disease, and this is not something that we commonly see in patients with thoracic aortic disease. So, that's a bit of a concern, but other than that, there's very few side effects of these drugs, and you cannot take them in pregnancy. I mentioned that.

Just to make one comment on what Julia is saying―indeed, these drugs are sometimes called vasodilators. This does not mean that it forms an aneurysm. So, vasodilating means that it relaxes the vessel, and this is how they decrease your blood pressure. So, I sometimes get the question, "It’s a vasodilator, I should not be taking it because it gives an aneurysm?" But this is a confusing term. It should not be well confused.
